RESPONSIBILITIES OF PANELISTS
Review the Conference Schedule to confirm your presentation time and link. Inform me of any typographical errors or potential conflicts as soon as possible ( ncarr@fullerton.edu ).
Limit your presentation to the allocated time. Each session lasts 50 minutes, with at least the last five minutes reserved for audience questions and discussion. Therefore, to determine your maximum allocated time, divide 45 minutes by the number of presentations in your panel. For example, if your panel has a total of three presentations, each should last no longer than 15 minutes (45 ÷ 3 = 15).
If you plan to use PowerPoint or other programs, familiarize yourself with the “Share Screen” tool on Zoom in advance.
